Losing characters like this always give me a somber feeling of respect, like a soldier marching on the front line into certain death.

In many cases, the heroine were still had a chance to get their crush. It just somehow their own stupidity prevent them to get it.

In this case, Nonoka already losing even before marching forward. From the very beginning, she didn't had any chance. It's basically suicide.

Except...if she wants to take NTR route, that's another story. 👀

Really like this mindset of enjoying the crush or feeling of having a crush even if you know there’s no chance. Everyone will tell you to move on but if feelings were so easily switched off or controlled, everyone’d choose to do it. But it’s not. I think if you’re not hurting the person’s relationship or go down an unhealthy route yourself. You should be allowed to indulge and admire that crush at least until it naturally dies down. Then you can, move on and find someone else.

Right now, this is a cute one-sided crush, and like many others here I want her to find her own love who can reciprocate those feelings. I just hope she doesn't fall into worse habits. Right now, it's a slight cute choice of "I won't invite his girlfriend because I want to spend time with him a little longer" cos its a fantasy, but it could slowly roll forwards with more and more 'slight steps' until its something she can't easily take back.
