I'm ngl. It's not like it's a harem. But why would the author go outta their way to make another female character that immediately wanted to get to know our mc better. From their convo they hardly knew eachother past being co-workers. It's not like talking to one immediately makes it so. But this author builds them up and immediately gells with the mc rather than build it up as a slow cosy laundry story.
