No, the Indonesian translator uploaded the 18+ sexual content here rather than it’s own separate 18+ title, which made this turn into an “Erotica” (Even though it is lightly censored sex). Other than that, the normal chapters have minor suggestive context at best.

In reality, it should have its own title rather than it being uploaded here since it is a part of a doujinshi by the author that goes by another title rather than a part of this manga, even though it is related to this series.

Edit: The 18+ series has been created here on MD and the ID 18+ chapter has been moved to the 18+ series, reverting the rating back to “Suggestive”.

I whole-heartedly disagree; what we've seen so far is Suggestive, nothing more. @chienm's comment clarified this a smidge, but even after looking at the Indonesian chapters I couldn't see anything worse than Suggestive. Plus there's now an alternate title for the 18+ chapters, so this one should be kept SFW.

Bit late, but like @FlaminSarge said, the rating was reverted after the ID 18+ chapter was moved. You probably looked for the 18+ chapter after it was moved but before the rating changed. Was a bit surprised that the rating changed from “Erotica” to “Pornography” between my original post. Probably the EN translator changed it to follow MD’s rules.

I’m glad that I’m not the only one who thought that this manga was suggestive at best and the 18+ chapter did not belong here. I was willing to die on this hill alone to correct this mistake so everyone could read this manga. Even after I submitted the 18+ series to MD, things didn’t go anywhere until it got more traction in the forums of ch 54 (EN translation).
