Didn't realize the senpai part. I'm perfectly aware of the serialization though hence the mentioned sister FMC adopted son threesome part. I'm not saying it will go the exact same way but considering the FMC's attuite after he chapter it will most certainly turn into at least free for all sextravaganza with everyone involved.
