Is this based on a novel?? It seems better as a manga though.... and the skips are good as they are not about the daily stuff but all the important things that happen...

wouldn't the tip on the arrow to their new emblem be extremely dangers to keep on person?

Milly is right to be wary of Redia. Almost died by suffocation via breasts during the first 5 mins of meeting. As for the MC really needs to be more considerate in his language now that he's not the top Red Mage anymore. Although Claude's Family's Screen Point can't be absolute against magic although it does help to act as a lure/decoy for elementals. Should need to use mana or MP to maintain or activate considering Zeff was able to use healing magic on Claude after Cain beat her up. That and Zeff's spell buffing on Claude's blade allowed them to cut off Cain's armor so it's gotta have a limit. Then there's non-magical effects, like if constantly surrounded Cain in a magical fire pillar he'd eventually drop due to the fire eating all the oxygen around him. Wonder when will explain what emblem means and what the characteristics portray. Like are the swirls elements and lady holding the bow a heroine or goddess? Also, I thought it was a long time habit for bathhouses of having a tablet for each gender to avoid it getting spun over by accident or on purpose to avoid both genders being in at the same time?

Guild name is nothing to do with either.
So whose fault is that nonsense? The author's or Milly's? Or both?
And when are Japanese authors going to stop assuming every fantasy country they make is also Japan? Bathing in hotsprings is NOT a common thing on a global / international basis. While I believe the Romans may have engaged in such nonsense, the only modern culture I'd associate it with is Japan. Yet for all this tendency fantasy and isekai LNs and manga have to be based on old European cultures, they still have onsens all over the damned place like it is the most natural thing in the world.
