All the other companies hinted at sketchiness but kinda disappointed that this one went over the top in letting the reader know it's sketchy.
Unless, he's actually good guy or something (big doubt).

At this point.. I'm really starting to think that she is a clone.

That... Made sense actually. From the flashback we see him starting at 30 and she is 2 years older (32), but here we see him at 34, but a few chapter ago about the anti aging cream, he calls her 32. She basically didn't age in the 4 years Kudou work there

Either a clone, or a de-aging treatment that worked on her memory too
