@moel The arc itself is interesting in that the author
essentially puts the Japanese cultural festival in the capital city.
Shia's school does all kinds of booths from knife throwing to hand made clothing stores to all manner of food booths, with Yuna introducing cotton candy into the mix, the older princess (the younger having not been introduced in the manga yet, but soon) is introduced, Fina's sister comes to the capital, Yuna wrecks the leader of the king's knights when he bad mouths a female knight in training, and Yuna runs around in a school girl outfit which is only the second time in the series up to that point she doesn't wear the bear suit outside (which no one recognizes her as being bear-san except the queen, who is super op).
It obviously a filler arc, but it does give time for more character development of Fina as she is slowly starting to acclimate to the nobles Yuna continually hangs out with (and makes trouble for obviously).

I would never understand artists designing characters with such gravity defying twintails.
