The way onomatopoeia work in Japan isn't necessarily restricted to literal sounds. Basically, adjectives and descriptors themselves can be used in the same way to sort of emphasize a certain feeling being expressed. The word used in the raw is "muchi/むち", which is used to express/emphasize plumpness itself, rather than to be the literal sound of her body or anything.
