@Garrett If you've got two windows on a corner apartment, you get more of a breeze, since your windows are the shortest path through two sides of a building. Not sure if there is anything else.

And of course even without the breeze, windows on 2 out of 4 sides is a brighter more cheerful experience than window on 1 of 4 sides.

@Garrett Yes, corner and top floor apartments are the best. In the corner you're only sharing a wall with one person, and on the top floor you don't hear anyone stomping around with the club feet. BTW, I live on the top floor corner apartment. I'm dying here.
