The actual chapter name is supposed to be "Popularity Jutsu" since the japanese word もて (mote) means popular. On the previous chapter Rindou mention that Kagetsu is popular and may be well liked by men.

Another thing, this chapter also serves as meta commentary on who is the most popular character other than Tsubaki in this manga series. You can saw many Benisumomo and Mokuren art from Yamamoto-sensei Twitter, greatly indicate their popularity. Also, Benisumomo will appear at Chapter 27, 33 and 35 as main character.

Edit: Just check the translator notes, but I still felt that popular is the right word.

Prescriptivism was abandoned in favor of descriptivism half a century ago. I consciously chose to omit punctuation at the end of speech bubbles, because it is redundant. Manga dialogue is prose, not verse.

The translation says the same as the original but the joke is lost since "allure" is a much more obscure concept than "being popular". It's a shame, but I do think this was the best that could be done.
