and another one with build up for a fake confession, Really tempted to drop it , Why are author's so fucking weak where they decide stalling and killing all the momentum just because they can't write a dating couple's story.

And that's why most romance series end after confession, it just turn in a boring slog because author can't write couples.

Welcome to the club! I've dropped plenty of manga and manhwa over 100 chapters in. Mostly due to ridiculously slow progress between characters, far too much miscommunication, etc. It's rare to find a story, romance or not, that doesn't frustrate me a great deal.
