Has it been stated anywhere how old she actually is? I re-read a few early chapters and I know Kuroda is 26 but I don't think she's been specified any closer than just "in high school".

I believe she's 17 so legal marriage age in Japan as long as her parents are OK with it. But it would be frowned upon with her still being in high school. So it would likely happen when she graduates.
