The first time we met Mr(s) HeShe was in a meeting with Prince AssHat where they advise him on how to deal with the Head Priest and Henrietta's other supporters. They were also the idea GalGuy for sabotaging the summoning circle that summoned the dragon wifu. Wouldn't put it past them being the supplier of the item that cursed the MC as well.

To lazy to read ahead but my WAG is that they are either a spy/saboteur sent by the demonlord or the same rival nation the douchie noble who "helped" Henrietta travel to the MC to ask for help.
