this is one of those cases where its probably not the scanlation group cutting them up the raws are released the same way, though they're currently around like 20.3 or something like that so if they wanted they could combine them, dunno if they'd be interested in doing that though. i do agree with the ones that intentionally cut the chapters up to make more releases tho.
