I guess you never read Nisekoi. I saw this coming back in chapter 40, still it’s been a while since I read Nisekoi to completion so I don’t mind treading water for other pure harem manga. He’s never going to pick a girl, Nisekoi never did

Im surprised so many people are upset with how this manga turned out when you have terrible direction choices like making it obvious that worst girl Mona is going to win very early on in the manga. It was obvious that the Mangaka didnt know how to write a likable main heroin but the writer didnt want her to lose either. This isnt Toradora, the two MCs didnt spend a bunch of time developing together or anything, only Mona had any development but it doesnt really change how messed up she was at the start of the manga in the first place. How do you have someone with such a strong yet pure love as Asahi and let her just get btfo by some selfish tease that just wants everything for herself? The only endings this manga needs are Asahi or pure monk ending where no one gets the MC.

I’m still fairly confident this will end up with a haram ending without the main character ever picking a single girl as pretty dedicated to being a monk.
