Heck even for jp, there are some that are really good, even in the same genre. I read the novel and only saw glimpses of the manga for this, but even so I recommend this one in case someone wants to pick something up: My Reincarnation as the Villainess and My Reincarnation as the Villain Prince. Really interesting novel, that could use some love for its adaption in the form of a tl. NovelUpdates page incase anyone wants to read it.

Ah, the manga database usually should have that info. There're prob some Twitter accounts who spread licensing news from JP news sites. I don't follow any so can't tell.
