So basically 14.1 goes like this
Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy is interacting with Thot or Not Cousin. Saying something like "You suddenly quit your job and just disappeared" She's all like "Yeah sorry a lot happened"
Makes CuNaock-kun anxious.
Hiba or whatever here name was enters the scene realizes who he is says that Thot or Not Cousin and Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy used to be co workers. MIght be TLd as ex-coworkers for added effect. CuNaock-kun goes all like huh when did you get here Hiba san
Hiba then says she saw them at their workplace ig and Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy was flashy af so left an impression or was memorable etc
Then Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy arm around Thot or Not Cousin in a bro way says Let's exchange contact info and she's like Wha?
CuNaock-kun feels anxious thinking they seem way too chummy for just ex-coworkers.
Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy leaves and Thot or Not Cousin says something like Geez he hasn't changed at all.
CuNaock-kun asks Thot or Not Cousin if they were close. She says he like a little brother/kohai
Then he's like lil bro/kohai huh. He is shaken up and worried.
They then decide to go to a onsen type hotel
As they reach there he tells himself not to think about it anymore they are just ex-coworkers that's all.
Then suddenly Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy arrives at the onsen where our group is staying and sees Thot or Not Cousin and is like damn you're here as well. And she's like wha no way we are staying at the same place.
CuNaock-kun thinks to himself "I just told myself not to worry… and then this happens!?"
Then Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy helps rabies glasses girl with her bag and she's like nah its ok but then he's like nah I'm jacked and she's like ok ig
CuNaock-kun thinks to himself "He’s… kind of a good guy… I’m just being bitter… but that distance… too close!"
He then introduces himself to Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy saying how he is on a family trip here and Thot or Not Cousin is his Cousin
Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy says something like "Wait?! Cousin??" , "Oh man, I got all tense for nothing!"
CuNaock-kun then says that he's staying over at Thot or Not Cousin's.
To which Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy says oh you're staying over at her place?
And this is where tone totally shifts. He out rights asks "Did you already have sex with Thot or Not Cousin?"
CuNaock-kun gets flustered red and angry says something what are you even saying.
Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy then says you're relative so of course not. He further tries to goad the MC saying "Sorry, sorry… That might’ve been too much stimulation for a virgin-kun"
The girls did not hear this entire conversation
Cousin then tells MC that let's go their rooms and Nao says to himself that this MFer is shady af as he isn't like that in front of the girls.
Then the group hangs out just a few side by side panel images but wherever they go Typical Gyaruo Fuckboy shows up.
While Cousin and Fuckboy are talking
MC keeps further drowning in his insecurity and keeps telling himself basically that he is bringing down the vibes and it would be better if he (MC) wasn't here.
Cousin tells MC that lets play some table tennis against Fuckboy.
Cousin and Fuckboy used to play a lot of table tennis and she always whooped him. Fuckboy says lets play for a bet.
Cousin invites MC again MC just tells her "I'm good. You two look like you're having more fun without me."
She understands his feeling jealous and reassures him that she wants to play with him and not to worry. He then basically tells her "Luna-nee... as long as you're having fun, it doesn't matter if it's with me or not, right!?"
She then says something like why would you say that I just wanted to have fun with you and runs off saying she doesnt wanna see him rn.
MC feels like shit gets some pep talk from the other two girls that she wanted to have a good time with him.
He goes back to find her sees the onsen owner old lady needing some help as she didn't switch the men and women signs or something. He gets worried. And then helps old lady.
Then the author showcases a straigh on NTR scenario of sex which is based on Cousin losing the table tennis match and bet and fuckboy takes her to fuck her. Even further on adding what was that guy your boyfriend or something while he is grabbing her and about to start fucking her.
And that was all MCs negative imagination while he in the hot spring and he talks himself out of it. No showcase of MC having a hard on from NTR scenario like RAGs Cuck MC yet. MC then realizes there's someone else is here and realizes its cousin.
This NTR scenario drawn was different from the last in the case how previously there was no one drawn actually doing Cousin. But this time author drew the character. Insinuating until whatever "misunderstanding" or gaps are cleared author will probably be drawing even more hardcore NTR scenes from now on. Hence paints a bad picture for a lot of people who are reading and just hoping the "misunderstanding" is cleared up soon. Or good for all the weirdos who enjoy NTR

Long spoiler : Turned out, Ryuuji's a former co-worker of Luna's from her old part-time job. Hiba took notice because of his flashy 'player' look. Ryuuji being pushy, made Luna exchange contacts and then left. Luna mentioned that he never changed, then Naoto asks if they were close. Luna says Ryuuji's more like a 'younger brother', which Naoto took notice. Luna mentions that it's getting late, and that they should head off to their Ryokan to check in. Kawashina sees Naoto staring off into the distance, but that's just him being bothered by what just happened.
At the Ryokan, they encountered Ryuuji again. He offered to carry Kawashina's bag, swiping it off her while asking. Ryuuji noticed Naoto, and Naoto introduced himself. Ryuuji seemingly exuding some sort of pressure on Naoto until he mentioned being cousins with Luna. Ryuuji introduced himself, relieved upon knowing that Naoto is just Luna's cousin, and asked if they're on family vacation or something. Naoto answered no, and told him that he's actually staying at Luna's place, which surprised Ryuuji.
Ryuuji then teased Naoto in the most sus gyaru-o way possible, he asked Naoto if he banged Luna yet.
Ryuuji laughs it off being relatives, there's no way that could happen, and that the joke was too much for the virgin Naoto. Luna asks what's taking Naoto so long, and Ryuuji approached the girls a little too close for Naoto's taste, which puts Naoto in full on-guard mode.
Some time pass and yet they still continuously encounter Ryuuji. Ryuuji and Luna are then seen chatting while a sulking Naoto mutters how much fun the two are having. Luna noticed Naoto, and mentioned the place has ping-pong tables and that they should play. This reminds Ryuuji of the time he and Luna played it at their old workplace, and the two reminisce on their own. Naoto, going in a dark place mentally, thinking that it doesn't necessarily have to be him to make Luna happy, sulks hard and rejects Luna's invitation to play ping-pong.
Naoto says he'll just get in the way, and that Luna and Ryuuji should just go by themselves. Luna playfully asked Naoto if this got him jealous.
Luna was mid-way telling him to not worry about it, but Naoto snapped and yelled at her. Saying that for Luna, as long as she was having fun, anyone would do and it doesn't have to be him. Naoto immediately noticed his behavior, and begins to explain himself. His outburst clearly affected Luna, asking him why he had to say that, telling all she wanted to do was to 'Have fun with Nao-kun', and Luna runs off.
Kawashina and Hiba, fresh out the baths, finds Naoto. Kawashina asks him where Luna was, Hiba then mentions the two were with that other guy earlier, with Kawashina then asking if Naoto got separated from them, dealing Emotional Damage. Naoto then mentions how Luna looked like she was having fun with Ryuuji, and that he'd just get in their way.
The two girls laugh, Naoto asks why they were laughing. Kawashina then mentions it's because of how cute Naoto looked, implying that Naoto's showing the same face he does when he's sulking. Hiba then gave him an advice, think more about exactly who Luna wanted to have fun with. Naoto still not out of it, Hiba tells him to just get in the baths and cool his head while he's at it.
On his way, Naoto finds the old manager having trouble changing the sign for the baths. She told him that it was due time to change the sign from woman's bath to men's. Naoto offered to change the sign for her, but was told she haven't checked if there's still someone in the bath. She told Naoto that there's only three women customers in the Ryokan right now. Naoto deduced that since two already went, that only leaves Luna. Thinking that Luna's with Ryuuji, he convinced the manager and got in the bath anyway.
Taking a dip, he thinks about Luna and pulls another NTR-bait imagination spot. He imagines Ryuuji having his way with Luna, and we're treated to more black boxes. The more he thinks of Luna, the more he baits himself. As he snaps out of his imagination, he hears a noise, thinking someone else got in first. Chapter ends as as he looks towards the noise, and sees Luna.

It might not be just as I called it, but someone being introduced to stir the pot really is just an easy call.
There are some details about Ryuuji that piqued my interest though.
The specific terminology Luna used to describe Ryuuji when asked by Naoto was not just as 'something like a younger brother', it was 弟分的 (otoutobun-teki), meaning it was more 'something like a sworn younger brother', with Naoto repeating the word. This repetition is writing 101, it means 'this detail is important'.
Hiba's impression of Ryuuji was only about his appearance when she first saw him at Luna's old workplace, meaning Hiba didn't think much of the guy outside his appearance. Remember, she owns a bar, smokes, and has a tattoo, that's author-speak for 'she's not the typical Japanese person', she'll know what to look out for.

Her father possibly being a member, which could explain why he left them while Luna was young. Not as far fetched as the theory that the girls aren't exactly humans. Which came about from their exotic eye designs, and how the author usually drew eyes for human characters. The only thing left needed for this theory to stick is a possible connection to the author's other ongoing work, which is an isekai. With the 893 connection theory, we're still within the realm of normal humans.
The vulgar question is definitely suspicious, downright socially inappropriate in polite Japanese society, but it's hardly damning evidence. It coming from a chara-o/gyaru-o type character is almost expected, more so after being told about the MC's living situation.
I most definitely didn't not ask a few bros, both Japanese and non-Japanese, partially out of envy, the very same question after finding out that they're living with a girl/their girlfriend back in the day... yup.

Glasses are really versatile. First, you can have glasses-wearing girls take them off and suddenly become beautiful, or have girls wearing glasses flashing those cute grins, or have girls stealing the protagonist's glasses and putting them on like, "Haha, got your glasses!" That's just way too cute! Also, boys with glasses! I really like when their glasses have that suspicious looking gleam, and it's amazing how it can look really cool or just be a joke. I really like how it can fulfill all those abstract needs. Being able to switch up the styles and colors of glasses based on your mood is a lot of fun too! It's actually so much fun! You have those half rim glasses, or the thick frame glasses, everything! It's like you're enjoying all these kinds of glasses at a buffet. I really want Luna to try some on or Marine to try some on to replace her eyepatch. We really need glasses to become a thing in hololive and start selling them for HoloComi. Don't. You. Think. We. I know I called it before the start of the beach chapter that we'll get a new guy introduced "just for drama", but when it gets this predictabo, it actually feels like we're getting close to the beginning of the end of the series.
Short spoiler: Truth is revealed... but it's not about Luna, filler chapter is filler, status quo is king
Long spoiler: Starting immediately where we left off, we get the usual "why are you here" argument that happens during onsen episodes. Naoto asks why she's in the bath and not playing ping-pong, but it turned out that her mood was ruined, and she's cooling her head in the onsen. Naoto apologizes for ruining her fun time with Ryuuji, and this prompts Luna to ask why Ryuuji's name came out, realizing Naoto haven't paid attention to what she had said.
Before the argument escalates, someone else enters the onsen and it's none other than Ryuuji. Luna hides before Ryuuji notices, and Ryuuji strikes a conversation with Naoto. He asks if Luna is currently looking for a sexfriend. This shocks Naoto a bit, and Ryuuji continues the conversation. He mentions that in their old job, there was a rumour going around that Luna was a slut. He wanted to get some action for himself, but couldn't get the timing to ask. He continues by saying that since Luna laughed it off, maybe he had a chance.
All the while, Naoto is holding back, worried that if he flips out, it might reveal Luna. But as he looks back and see's Luna's troubled face, he remembers what Hiba told him as he actually starts to use his head and think. Ryuuji goes on but sees Naoto in deep thought, and apologized if it was too much for a virgin like Naoto.
Naoto, actually using more than two brain cells this time, tells Ryuuji that he finds it funny that Ryuuji took the rumour so seriously. Naoto piles it on by saying that by not using polite speech on someone he meets for the first time, putting on airs only when in front of girls, using lewd words whenever he opens his mouth, and being muscle-brained, he likened Ryuuji to a kid in middle school who just awakened to the opposite sex.
This affected Ryuuji, and Naoto continues, this time saying it as clear as possible so that even Ryuuji would understand. Declaring loudly that Luna is not easy woman who will fall for a guy who is just all-muscle and no-brain like Ryuuji.
This clearly had an effect on Ryuuji, and he's getting angrier by the second. Just as Naoto is worrying about how to protect Luna, Ryuuji snaps... and runs away, yelling at Naoto "stupid" and "poop" like a child as he runs. With Ryuuji gone, Luna rests her head on Naoto's back, but before Naoto could apologize to Luna for what he said to her earlier, Luna overheats and time skips to the next day.
Preparing to leave, Hiba asks Luna if she's already fine, as she was surprised to see Naoto with just a towel on carrying Luna who stayed too long in the onsen. Luna tells Hiba that she's fine because Naoto helped her, with Kawashina saying that the two finally made up.
