Bruh... just fuck already. You both clearly want to and both have expressed it to an extent to each other so all this pussyfooting around is just getting annoying.

This is a fairly extreme example of how romance narratives often rely on characters being utterly unwilling to communicate. Like a single, short, frank conversation would completely unravel the entire plot here.
Naoto: "Luna, be honest, how do you feel about me?"
Luna: "I've wanted to date and have sex with you for a long time."
Naoto: "I feel the same way."
And then there would be literally nothing else in the plot to resolve

That kinda reads as a defense of their stupidity, but really it should be interpreted as that there should have been more interesting conflict in the first place.

Real life does have plenty of conflict due to poor communication, but there are plenty of things that are still problems even if people do communicate. Those are what people actually need to work through, and make for better stories. Unfortunately, idiot plots are lower hanging fruit...

Something something, if fictional characters don't have poor communication skills baked into them, there wouldn't be a story to be told, or something like that.

Anyway...
Short spoiler: No new Luna truth, gyaru knows Luna, good guy Naoto just can't help but winning himself some quirky girls who may or may not invite him to bed
The chapter starts off with Naoto wanting to get out of dodge, as the faceless guy tries to force himself unto the gyaru. The gyaru in question however resists, stating that she'll get angry if the guy doesn't stop. This irritates the guy instead, and starts shouting at her and calls her a bitch. The phrase stops Naoto in his tracks, reminded of how that very same phrase affected Luna, and like a sleeper agent upon hearing his trigger phrase, he acts. Before the gyaru could mouth the guy off in anger Naoto interrupts.

Just to note, being called a 'Bitch' in Japan is not the same as... everywhere else. It's more "someone who does just about everything for their own enjoyment without being held back by shame or morals", than the negative meaning the word has for the rest of the English-speaking world.

Pretending to be a customer who wants to get his fortune read, Naoto shouts if there's anyone around. The two hears his call, and the guy turns towards Naoto. The gyaru, seeing the opportunity, kicks the guy right on the family jewels, and the guy writhes in pain right in front of Naoto. The gyaru expresses her anger and displeasure towards the faceless guy and tells him to leave.

Naoto, still pretending to be a customer, tries to make an excuse to be able to exit, but is foiled by seeing the gyaru who started crying. Gyaru starts to angry cry about the faceless guy, saying that while she likes to do naughty things, calling her a bitch was too much. The gyaru, who calls herself Mimi, starts asking Naoto if she really is one, but Naoto instead neither affirms or deny the statement, saying if it hurts her then it shouldn't be something one should call her. Mimi sees that Naoto won't deny her being called a bitch, but Naoto states that because he didn't know her, he can't say anything reckless, and reckless statements can become a lie.

Mimi, having someone told her that for the first time, thanks Naoto for helping her out. She then asks if he still has time to get his fortune told. Naoto declines as he needs to get back to the donut stall but before he leaves, Mimi tells him she'll give him some service for when he returns. As he turns around, Mimi notices that he was the guy that Ryuuji told her about.

This is where Luna spots the two, calling out to Naoto. Naoto answers back, and Mimi asks if he knows Luna, which Naoto then asks the same question right back at her. Mimi with a somewhat serious expression, thinks she understands how it is between the two. This confuses Naoto, who then asks Mimi for a response. Then from out of nowhere, Mimi kisses Naoto right on the lips, leaving a trail of saliva as they separate, as a thanks for helping her, calling him Nao-kyun.

Chapter ends as Luna bears witness to the whole thing that just took place.

This is kind of a payback for her kissing another Guy earlier in the story she kinda deserves that

Short spoiler: No new truth, Naoto is still in the lil' bro zone, Kawashina might know who Mimi is.
Chapter continues with Mimi thanking Nao-kyun, and Luna suddenly questioning Naoto when he got himself a girlfriend. Luna tries to shake an explanation out of Naoto, but he denies it saying that he just met her. Luna mentions the kiss that she witnessed Mimi giving him, but he answers back by saying he managed to block it with his free hand. He then tries to assure Luna that it was just Mimi's way of thanking him for his help, to which Mimi confirms. Mimi however continues on by saying that it was not without ulterior motives. She mentions being the type that couldn't help herself when she wants something, and since she felt something in her heart when Naoto saved her, she wanted to try going out with him.

Mimi's declaration surprised both Luna and Naoto. She then takes Naoto's arm and immediately asks him for a date, but before they could get away, Luna takes to action and grabs Naoto's hand, stopping the two in their tracks. Luna says that she would be the one who gets to roam around with Naoto because she's the one Naoto invited. Mimi then asks if Luna is Naoto's lover.

Luna hesitates for a moment before she slowly starts answering, with tension rising visible in Naoto's face. Luna then loudly proclaims to be Naoto's ONE AND ONLY ELDER SISTER, dealing Naoto massive emotional damage. Mimi mentions the two not looking similar at all if she truly was Naoto's sister, yet Luna pays her no mind with a smug look of victory in her face. The two girls continue arguing as Naoto cries manly tears, accepting that he's still in the lil' brother zone.

The trio shows up at Kawashina's stall, who then asks Naoto what happened. Naoto tells her that things happened and the three of them ended up roaming around together. He asks Kawashina about helping out at the stall, but she tells him that it's fine as there's not as much customers as before.

While the three walk away, Kawashina takes another look at Mimi and wonders if she'd met her before. Mimi notices Kawashina's gaze, and Mimi then smirks back at her, this causes the now visibly bothered Kawashina to wonder if Naoto's going to be okay.

Chapter ends with Naoto, with suspiciously similar-looking flowers at each arm dragging him around, suggesting having something sweet at a cafe, while taking the painful gazes of every guy in the immediate vicinity.

It's like the author read my comment and thought "wait a minute, the protagonist is a cuck. He shouldn't be having no payback. He shouldn't be getting no bitches."

Well this is odd, you'd think RadeonScans would've released the next chapter part by now. MU states there's no new release from the group since March.

I totally DID NOT earn my custom title by doing these, but anyway...
Short spoiler: No new Luna secrets, apparently imaginary chocobanana makes a mess like melted ice cream, hint and reminder that cousin marriage is perfectly legal in Japan
Chapter begins with the trio being seated and enjoying their parfaits. Luna starts questioning Mimi's sudden interest in Naoto. Luna figured that Mimi's popular with the guys, and she didn't seem to be the type that would be swayed just by being helped. Mimi confirms that she wouldn't have any trouble getting guys, but also mention she finds people's food to be delicious. This confuses Naoto, as the very next panel focuses on his parfait. Mimi continues, saying even if she's satisfied by her own share at first, if she sees another person enjoying their own food, she can't help but want that food for herself. As she demonstrates by licking some of the parfait directly off of Naoto's spoon.

Mimi returns Naoto's spoon back and holds his hand. She then mentions that it might be weird coming from her, but she's good at "it". Naoto questions what she meant, and Mimi answers by giving the blow gesture. Flustered, Naoto tells her to stop doing that gesture in public, with Mimi finds his reaction cute, Luna however is starting to not find the whole thing funny. Mimi teases Luna about not being able to do this for Naoto being his big sister and all, but Luna fights back by saying she could do it too. She then proclaims being able to do it for Naoto while doing the hand gesture, saying that she might by an older "sister", but seeing as they're actually cousins, it's not like she couldn't do it at all. Naoto sees the two job gestures and shouts out that Luna's stubbornness of not wanting to lose is showing. Mimi calls out to Naoto how she's a hundred times better at it than Luna and tells him to imagine it. Mimi describes her aggressive and fast approach with imaginary chocobanana as the stand-in, but Luna retorts, saying Mimi's all speed. She mentions that tempo is important, and describes her slow and gentle approach with the imaginary chocobanana stand-in finishing with chocolate all over their face. Naoto cooks himself with his imagination, and slams his head on the table, effectively ending the argument.

Naoto mentions suddenly feeling very tired, which worries Luna, but Mimi finds this as they had fun enough to feel tired. Mimi then gives Naoto her contact information, which suddenly shows up on his phone. Luna correctly assumes that his phone was set to accept requests from anyone, with Naoto not knowing what that setting is in the first place. Mimi takes Naoto's arm and asks him to go on a date again, the next time with just the two of them, giving Naoto a small kiss on the cheek before leaving the two.

Luna who is partly sulking mentions that she was looking forward for this day, only for Naoto to immediately apologize. He apologized for getting Luna involved with the mess with Mimi, and even if she wasn't being serious, he felt he made her say things she didn't want to. Luna tells him that the words she said earlier wasn't a lie, saying that she can't lie to him. Naoto asks what she meant by that but Luna mentions wanting something salty like grilled squid after eating sweet. This leaves Naoto to ponder if what Luna said wasn't a lie, does it mean she is willing to do those things with him.

Chapter ends as Luna calls to Naoto, snapping him out of his thoughts, and the two continue their date.

Still no 19.2? I'm guessing something happened to RS irl that hindered new chapter releases during the whole month of April.

Guess I'll double post again.
Short spoiler: No new Luna secret, this marks Luna and Naoto's first winter together, expect kotatsu shenanigans in future chapters.
We start the chapter with a sleeping Naoto being approached by Luna. Luna is on full mount, and Naoto asks her what she's doing, but she answered saying that he knows what she's about to do. Luna, now fully undressed, tells Naoto that what she's about to do, she won't do for a 'younger brother'.

The next page Naoto wakes up, it was only a dream. He curls himself into a ball using his blanket and tries to reason to himself why he had this dream. He puts the blame on what Luna said last chapter, that she can't lie to Nao-kun, and that she "can do" the things she implied if it's Naoto. He figures that to Luna he is both a brother, and family. Yet despite all that, she is willing to see him as a guy. That enough should suffice for him, but Naoto is beginning to want to go further beyond. Instead of just what she "can do" for him, he wants her "affection" more. He starts getting giddy, but immediately reminds himself what must be done. Whatever happens, his feelings for Luna must not change. In short, he has to play it cool. While he tells himself how difficult it is trying to keep a poker face after his delusions of Luna, Luna opens the door to his room.

Naoto screams to Luna's surprise inquisition, who only wanted to know if Naoto is awake. Luna then asked what got him spooked and mistakenly assumes that Naoto was playing the single-player worm wringer. Naoto vehemently denies it, but Luna said it's just a joke. She then asks Naoto to get up and accompany her to the living room.

To Naoto's surprise there's now a kotatsu in the living room. He didn't know that they had one, and Luna mentions she was contemplating on which furniture to choose when it starts getting cold. Naoto realized her statement meant Luna bought a brand new kotatsu, and asked what happened to the table that used to be there. Luna tells him that she put it in her room, but Naoto tells her that it would make her messy room even more of a mess. Luna tells him that the table was old anyway, and since this would be their first winter together, a kotatsu would be the perfect thing for the occasion.

Naoto seeing the dejected Luna, gives in and tells her that he's actually bad with the cold, and the kotatsu made him happy. This brings a bright smile on Luna's face, and she starts to pull on Naoto to try the kotatsu experience at once. She brings out the mikan oranges, games, some snacks, and leaving the TV on the whole time... the works. Naoto was surprised that Luna had a Super Famicom (called the SNES outside Japan), and the two starts to recall the days that they spent playing on the old console. Luna tries to turn the old console on while telling him that she found it at a flea market website, but the game won't start. She was starting to panic, but Naoto pulled the cartridge and gave it the good old blow. He mentioned that if blowing doesn't work, then the last resort was to lick it. Luna was caught off guard by it, but Naoto tells her that a friend of his did it once. Luna then tells Naoto that if it came to that, then he could leave it to her as she's good at licking. They try booting the game, and it actually starts.

The game starts, and Naoto recalls that back then, Luna sucked at video games. Nothing has changed since, and she's still the type that says things out loud while playing. Luna's sussy moans make a return as her player character is getting pounded by tentacles, this in turn fuels Naoto's delusions once again, and he starts imagining Luna in a compromising position against lewd tentacles.

The chapter ends as Naoto fights off the tentacles, both in his imagination and in-game.
