We're either getting answers, finally getting to the first ever spread page from chapter 1, or another fake out next chapter.

We start with Naoto getting tormented by Luna's moans, and he recalls how Luna somehow changed from back when they just got back from the beach. Starting from getting their bags back inside the house, Naoto nonchalantly taking the heavy bags and letting Luna handle the lighter one somehow stunned Luna, getting flustered as a confused Naoto just thinks that she's tired. A few days since then he starts hearing Luna's moans again, he begins by thinking she's just going at it on her own but he starts hearing a very faint male voice, and he starts thinking it was from a new guy. He thinks that because of her job at Hiba's, there are plenty of opportunities for Luna to meet guys. He then starts wondering if he was just hearing things ever since he realized his feelings for Luna, while thinking that her moans are louder than before, and he's reaching the tipping point.
The next day, he finds Luna in good mood and condition that she's actually doing laundry. Luna was feeling motivated, that she's doing chores that she normally never does. Naoto asks what's gotten into her suddenly, and she just said she had some growth/development lately, which because of the word she used, Naoto completely thought it had to do with her nightly moaning.
Naoto notices Luna handling his underwear, who was planning to wash it. Naoto takes it off her and Luna slips as she tries to take it back. Acting quickly, Naoto grabs hold of her safely in his arms, his touch having an effect on Luna. She shoves the underwear back to Naoto, asks him to do the laundry anyway, and escapes to clean her own room. That night, Luna's moans echos through once again, and Naoto currently in the toilet had enough of it. He decides to confront Luna about it.
He exits the toilet and finds Luna, who was surprised that Naoto was just using the toilet. Luna, in her underwear, wearing the exact same outfit from this spread from the first chapter, sweaty and possibly emitting pheromones, apologizes to Naoto for him seeing her in her current state and tries to get back to her room.
Naoto blocks door and starts asking what is she going to do afterwards, will she start doing "it" again? Luna asks what he meant, and he tells her that he could hear her lewd voice all this time, how he hears it because of the thin walls. He then asks her if she understands how he felt hearing them every night.
Chapter ends with Naoto looking confused at Luna, who is just standing there silently.

Good catch the outfit is indeed the exact same so probable. And author's mangas do tend to be on the shorter side. And I think the others were "Safe" as well. One of them atleast was super wholesome and fluff
