You'd be (not) surprised how common this happens amongst Japanese women. I've seen many a phone's browsing history after getting asked to fix them, and wondered if they even found out that browsers have this handy feature called 'bookmarks'.

Apparently they found it easier to google and pick the first link that showed up first, which is unsurprisingly the reason why I was asked to fix their phones to begin with, until I taught them how to bookmark the sites they frequented that worked without breaking their browsers.
