I don't think she actually did it with another guy, maybe in the past she's had sexual relationships, that's kind of hard to avoid but the whole hotel trip reads as bait to me.

Frankly at this point I almost dont care either way. I cant but think she is a slut and a dumb one at that.
Like you are telling me she is clearly aware of her feelings for the protagonist to the point of beibg constantly horny but prefers to try and deal with it by sleeping with other guys? WTF.
Theres no reason whatsoever for her to want to avoid a relationship with the protagonist. They are both adults, he is not her ACTUAL brother for that to be a problem, he clearly likes her, and would want to date her even if she were an actual slut. But her reaction is to try throwing herself towards other man to ignore those feelings? Even if she didnt sleep with that guy -its very likely she didnt- it still makes me think very badly of her
