Snake Lady likely had some twisted upbringing and seems somewhat sociopathic

Kusunoki was a shy introvert otaku, and likely has some trauma too.

PLEASE just introduces her to the friend that already likes her. Side couples are great and make rom coms better. Love triangles are annoying and make them worse.

Of course...the author had to ruin a good pacing rom-com manga by bringing in that "short , dark-skinned and tomboyish girl with an appetizing attitude".
Can't they always not choose the obvious typical plot?? There are thousands of them in the internet. And on top of that, the MC will eventually fall in love with all the beautiful girls he interacts with😶I can see that coming.
