So far, just her uncanny interest in our boy Keisuke. Either she remembers him or his high-school debut was so successful she fell for him. I'm betting on the former, but maybe she'll act like the latter just to torment him.

well Kusonoki hanging out with Otobe seems to be going well. Seems to help her tap back into her elementary active mode. Couldn't imagine her bug catching in chapter 1. Also, she's getting more honest. Otobe... well, I guess every anime needs a tsundere.

Was too peaceful these last few chapters, so makes sense for Hebikawa to slither back in. Time to put Keisuke's heart back on trial. puking on a paying customer wouldn't be too good for his uncle's business.
