i can totally see her asking him to pose as her boyfriend in order to keep the old guy at bay tbh. It could set up a situation in which her and the MC can bond and learn more about each other.
The next part is coming out in a few days, so we’ll see what actually happens by then…
I just hope that regardless of what happens, that it stays interesting.

I was actually blindsided by the period thing though. Not a thing I ever see in manga. And I'm praying to god, the devil, and whoever the hell wants to answer that this manga isn't going in a super dark direction.
