Them 3 were "hunting" for a child.
When you "hunt" for a child, said child was their "prey"
When you have a "prey" then you are considered a "predator"
Technically, for a good while they were 'child predators' :dogkek:
And pretty sure they'll be getting two for the price of one.
But deym, Tougo really put his foot forward this time.

Thanks for the quick chapter releases!

Bro that's a fucked system lol. A rich person could just buy someone's debt and make them their slave? Wild
It still happens today in our world in a way. Like when companies are bought up by another company (to manipulate certain factors and whatnot) or in a more personal way, people's debts getting paid by another person and said people becoming part of what we now call 'indentured servitude' as payment for saving them from said debt.

don't go into debt.
this also apply to the real world.

yes, if you are a child, you have no choice. but if you are an adult, just don't go into debt.
Brittany Spears was effectively enslaved through the legal system. There are others like that too, more elders in "homes" that siphon money from them. Lots of other types too.

Really depressing.

Man why did no one ever think about not going into debt before?! Like seriously? no one chooses to go into debt. oftentimes debt (at least here in the US where i'm based) is due to people losing a job and not having access to health insurance and then needing expensive medical procedures which they'd have to pay out of pocket for. it really isn't as simple as "d0N"t gO 1Nt0 d3Bt".

Or in a more civil example

Bought my house through a small lender for mortgage. They then sold the loan to Wells Fargo (basically big name lender)

Loans gets tossed around left and right.

Maybe not 'debt' the way people think, but at least most people who just bought houses starts off under 'debt' unless they're super rich and can slap cash and the seller's face.

vote for universal healthcare. seriously, it's not communist to do so.
heck, i live in 2nd world country, and we have universal healthcare.

and as seen in this chapter, oftentimes people go into debt for their vice.
more often than you think, actually.

and if you really need to take a debt for something real, like healthcare for example, try asking friends and family first. if you're not a douchebag, and don't mind dragging your pride through the mud, i reckon you can get a sizable sum

exactly, swallow your pride and ask for your family for help first. Go into debt from lenders as a very last resort.

Look if it were up to me the US would be on universal healthcare already, but unfortunately the political parties don't want to touch it. and as for borrowing from family i should be clear here, we aren't talking hundreds or even a couple thousand dollars. we're talking an average of $18,000 of medical debt. even if they go to family they can't get enough to cover the costs because 18k is a lot of money that most people just don't have lying around all at once.
