I mean, why not? Until roughly the end of the 1700's, men wore dresses all the time (though we didn't call them that, but the basic shape's the same). Save for any ingrained modern cultural training to the contrary, guys look just fine in dresses if they're cut right / sensibly for the form of the person wearing them.
This does not look like 1700 dress... t looks like something to accentuate women charm points...

That wasn't an appeal to historical accuracy of his specific wardrobe choices, but to the fact that a starting assumption of "it's weird a guy looks good in a dress" is a completely arbitrary, culturally-bound assumption with no particular relation to actual aesthetics.

...I'm not going to touch any discussion of where different genders' "charm points" are, though.
