nothing wrong with eating healthier but hopefully it doesn't go the cliche route of her being super slender at the end, or at least a decent "balance" or at least muscles or so (tho i guess you can see in the volume 2 art she looks more 'average' [I think the only thing i've seen where the girl doesn't lose weight is 'flowers for an ugly girl'])
