I believe the clicking sound has to do with Taneda increasing the intensity of a bullet vibrator. Thank you for the new chapter!

Yeah, bully lover, the last panel makes it fairly chilling thought, because the mc clearly expresses NOT consent, when he whispers " i don't" to the gilrs wanting to date the blonde asshole. I don't know it just leaves a sour feeling in the mouth considering that the original story is actually pretty heartfelt and nice

Just like @Kanilla stated, the one saying that was Takagi, the girl whit black hair, as she now knows that Taneda is not only is "dating" (intentionally not clear) Arima, he is also extremely possessive and jealous, and that he is basically a pervert in her eyes now, therefor she shattered this fantasy the girls have about Taneda, therefor she lost any interest he had in Taneda.
The nature of the relationship between Arima and Taneda is left on the open, probably intentionally, as we are basically watching the story by the eyes of Takagi, meaning that we got the same impression as her, that Taneda was forcing Arima and also manipulating him.
Intentionally, we will never know the nature of they relationship, but given that Arima keeps meeting whit Taneda despite what happened, either they just have the usual "bully seme x gloomy uke" and Arima is the cliche "I dont like it but I also dont not like it", or Taneda is somehow forcing Arima to do is biding, we will never know I guess.

Maybe, admittedly I didn't realize it was her who whispered the phrase, thanks to @Kanilla for pointing that out.
As for the story content i don't feel that I can rate objectively stuff which I don't like for personal reasons.
We will never know the exact nature of their relationship, but possessiveness, mental violence and stalking are still not nice things, and I just personally don't like how unapologetic and normalised it all looks here. Again, personal read of mine, which is why I didn't want to rate with a low score that wouldn't do justice to the objective quality I might not see.
