I take most of the white stuff but I leave the last bits that are a pain to remove because you can't really taste them and I don't want to be OCD about it.
I detest the white parts of them so later on, i started biting of the inside pointing end and peeling them from that side to only eat the flesh inside of them and not having to bother cleaning off all the white parts.
Came to say “as is”, then got bummed out after reading comments saying thus was the last volume. Going to tell myself he continues to live his relaxing days off at the zoo forever.
I always thought I was the only one who got rid of all the white stuff! The downside is it takes around 45 minutes to finish a mandarin orange, but I don't mind because I like having something to do with my hands.
