BTW, the Manga Cafe I visited some years ago had a food menu I could order from and the staff delivered it to my stall.

Meaning: you can call the staff from inside there.

The author really didn’t have to make them so stupid. For this the elevator would be enough.
This reflects so bad on Manga Cafes...
