she doesn't look like edelweiss at all (or any of the other girls shown this chapter), this girl in particular looks more like the demon girl that fought with the demon princess (ryomen sukuna) and they mentioned she was only half demon, so probably her other race is elf.

Possibly 2? Fia is supposedly allied with Cardinal/ "Scarlet Star Sinner Dragon" (Ch 69 Page 20). And Lilac doesn't appear to be fully allied with Cardinal, merely allowing her to do stuff.

Lilac and Cardinal both seem to be attacking outsiders. So the other side might include: Humans from Earth(?), Demons, Humans from the Edelweiss World, and/or Other combatants. The previous 2 S Rank Parties could have been collateral damage. This chapter only adds more to the questions. The Staff now might be a red herring and have nothing to do with the situation.


Also Cardinal says the Angelish and the Devilish ladies are offshoots of Lilac. So their allegiances won't necessarily be with the assumed racial groups. They could be entirely distinct from any previously introduced group.
