@jak on the contrary, he's really too nice I think. He keeps on warning Shuusei and he doesn't do anything behind his back. Reon's feelings are genuine and he's not dissing Shuusei in front of her. He tries to win her over on his own merits.

And Reon is right: people's feelings change. If Shuusei doesn't make any effort, she might drift away from him.

@Kirin-kun - He's not nice. The very fact he's pursuing someone who's taken and on top of that a family member shows how much of a piece of shit he is .

Shuusei is just confident that she won't be swayed. Nothing wrong with having that confidence.

Btw this series got dragged way too long, it should've been ended before Reon's introduction, or even before that, and the side stories wrapped up in a few extra chapters.
