Wtf with a world where a 5 year old child is not subject to their parent's decisions? That's called being a minor. Worse, it's called being FIVE FUCKING YEARS OLD, and the reason five year olds don't rule themselves is because they don't have enough words to string together to eloquently ask for more ice cream. She would be a total freak speaking like a shrewd business woman.

Also also wtf with these weird laws she's pulling out of her butt about the legal intricacies of image right? These things don't exist until much later after the invention of the object. Photography existed for a while in a state of lawlessness. Things needed precedent set, and enough outrage for law makers to get involved. In most countries image right of people doesn't even exist god dammit.

PLEASE age the damn girl to at least 10 or 12. She can stay chibi but she'll come off as more of a genius and less of a freak. What world sees businessmen get upbraided and outmatched by five year olds? Come the fuck on, it was fine when she was pulling the cute act but this is just bloody outrageous and offensive. There is only so much disbelief one can suspend..

If you are a parent and allow the distribution of photos of your child when they are young, then legally those children when they grow older can press charges against a company because they didn't ask a pre-schooler directly?

I know there were a lot of important events that need to be secured when she is young (that store's location, the camera, figuring out the basis for dissenters of her family) but this is way too much shoved into her life as a 5-year-old. This author should have spread these events out farther, so she was at least closer to ten...
