Shouldn't the oceans boil off in only a billions years? Either Phos is keeping the oceans in place or Ichikawa forgot about the effects of the growing sun on Earth

The average water temp is probably below the boiling point itself and maybe the air pressure increased to the point where the boiling temp is much higher
