language filter as part of account, not cookies

I clear my cookies fairly regularly and this removes my language filters.
I would hope that the language preferences could be stored in my account.

Persistent account settings are in the works, some initial stuff have been pushed to canary apparently so it should be sooner rather than later, no eta though

I clear my cookies fairly regularly and this removes my language filters.

In the short term, stop doing this. In the long term, it'll be account-bound.

Reader settings will remain device bound though, so stop clearing localstorage if you don't want your preferences to be wiped.
