In my opinion it's a really hilarious take on the usual isekai/narou cliches and I was hoping that somebody would pick it up one day to spread its glory in English language.

I was referencing the older chapters with 待つと無料....! mark since that was brought up when you just started posting the chapters. For the newest ones you'll obviously have to wait until they become free later.
Oh and I just checked the tankoubon release but sadly the only new thing there is a 4 page long bonus chapter.
