Seems the Evil God overlooked several things. This is why one should always be careful of not only what they wish for, but how they phrase the wish. So his MP are fixed at 10MP and while won't go up won't decrease no matter how many spells he casts. So does this mean he can cast any spell regardless of MP needed because his MP won't go down or can cast an infinite number of spells that require 10 MP at most? If he can charge or store his magic in something then he might be able to go over the cap with the stored magic. Since his HPs are fixed too does that mean that even if he sustains extreme damage he can't die? So if he gets skewered by a sword he won't die from his HPs going to zero. Although since it's HPs he'll probably heal at the same rate and still feel the pain from being stabbed but won't die from it. I can see it now, runs into demon lord who blasts him for a week before running out of juice, and then he kills the demon lord by stinging him to death with low level spells slowly chipping away the demon lord's MP and HP.
