From what I gather, Koreans have censorship for stuff that hits too close to real. In the same manhwa you can see clear depiction of orcs and bandits and whatnot being beheaded with swords and axes, but somebody wields a kitchen knife threateningly? - lets blur out that shit so that maybe it would confuse readers into thinking that these stab wounds were inflicted with a dildo

the thought process of this mc is really off putting, in the previous chapter we know that his dad is hospitalised but he's like nahh i just wanna be a porter, like wtf does he not need more money for his dad. Secondly here he's thinking "what should i do" like wtf again, mc's been on the frontline fighting monsters about the size of monster trucks but now he feels scared or taken aback by hobo looking muggers/kidnappers,etc. Granted he's still doing the right things eventually but why have those dumb ass thoughts in the first place.
