From what I understand it was planned to not be too long, so it shouldn't feel axed, but I still think the pacing is a bit messy.

So I was heavily criticized in the comments when I said this MC has no reason to put effort to protect his virginity and reject every FL advances.

We saw many times how he is a pervert who spends his time and money in pornography and he also gropes one of the characters.

So this manga has a big plot problem of giving a proper reason for MC to reject and stay virgin when there's a girl who lusts for him and he's attracted to her.

Otherwise, MC is also the worst character of this story. Like, when the FL wanted to have a job, he ruined her CV instead of helping her (there's a proper way of making CV for people who never worked). It's ironic how he called her a neet where he does nothing besides staying in his room most of the time.

Believe it or not, it's correct. The actual original Japanese title is written in broken English. When they say it's the title, they don't mean "it's a bad translation of the title". They mean "that literally IS the title of the Japanese version, mistakes and all."
The original title, untranslated and untouched, is written in broken English. It's not a bad translation or something, that's literally what the author chose to name it. Maybe the author thought it sounded cooler or something?

What do you guys think of the English name for Osananajimi ga Hisabisa ni Saikai Shitara Otagai Kyonyuu ni Natteta then?

At first, the translator who uploads it has the name as:

My Childhood Friend That I Reunited With After a Long Time Became a Tiddy Monster

which I found memorable and pretty funny. Then Mangadex mods changed it to cuckrodori's localization name:

Long-Lost Pals Living Their Breast Life

which is still the only English name listed for that manga on this site at the moment. I find it better than the 1st one, good pun and alludes to both main character having something to do with breasts. But, it's not as funny as the direct translation of the original Japanese title. Which is:

When Childhood Friends Reunite After a Long Time, They Both Find Out They Have Big Boobs.

I argued to have it in the page as the secondary English title but alas, the mods refused.
