I had a friend that did it in elementary school (like grade 6 or 7). He had written an explicit story about the teacher's son (who was in our class) and an annoying girl in the class during time spent in the computer lab, then accidentally sent it to the printer in the office/staff room across the hall from the lab when he hit print on it instead of on the exercise we were supposed to be doing.

He panicked when he hit print on it and ran to the printer in the lab but nothing was coming out. Then all of a sudden you hear our teacher bellow from across the hall "WHO WROTE THIS?!?!?!?!" as she storms into the room.

I wish I could remember if anyone fingered him as the culprit or if he got away with it.

Agreed, it's nice to see how they actually started talking but 3 chapters (so far) of flashback this early into a series really isn't the best way to do it.

If I had a nickel every time this happened to someone from my year in highschool, I'd have two nickles. Which isn't a lot but its weird it happened twice.

One time a girl had a fairly spicy note (hey kids, remember NOTES?!) but nothing explicit-explicit intercepted by the teacher. The result of this was the teacher and another english teacher printed it on transparency and put it on the overhead (Hey kids! remember...) with names blanked out and proceed to grammar correct the note before the whole class. Just started class with a straight up MST3K roast of a highschool girl's love note. Oh god I don't know how I stayed in my seat.

Another time someone who turned in straight up erotica got it back with "Creative but not an essay prompt".

in college it wasn't erotica but I turned in a story I was writing for a fandom group I was a part of accidently.Nothing fun there, I get an email "I think you send me the wrong file" "Oh you're right here it is".
