When I click into a manga title page (Whatever it's called) and I hover my mouse over the search bar of my browser, a line streaks by on the background of the page and even goes behind the manga cover, the line itself even has a gradient to it. The effect goes away if I hover my mouse over the search bar a couple of times. This effect only happens in my Chrome browser

Are you talking about grey gradient vertical lines that move when you move your cursor or finger across the screen? Cause this sounds like the same thing my tablet it doing with the Android Chrome browser. I thought it was just my tablet starting to die.

Hi, this looks like a Chrome bug. I tested an older build (v139) and everything worked fine, but the issue returned as soon as Chrome auto-updated. Other browsers not exhibiting the same behaviour also indicates this is a Chrome bug in one of their recent versions.
