I know the main page of a manga includes links to sites selling official translations. What I'm suggesting is a link in the reader itself to the official site. If there's an official English translation or official French translation or whatever, when you're reading the scanlation it should be as easy as possible to click through to the official Buy Me site.
There could be a link in the swipe menu. Open up the menu and right next to settings or underneath the title is a link (or drop-down menu of links) directly to the official site.
There could be a link (Or just an "OT Available" notification) in the main page of the reader itself. A little triangle or square in one of the corners that lets the user know there's an official version. This is probably the hardest option to implement.
That second option in particular would be slightly annoying, but that's one of the reasons I'm suggesting it. I'm thinking that the easiest way to get publishers on your side, or at least to turn a blind eye to you, is to make it as easy as possible for people to give the publishers money. A direct link from the scanlation itself to the publisher's store makes it easier to argue that scanlations can boost official sales. If the direct link is slightly intrusive* to the scanlation audience that's even better, because you can argue that you're encouraging people to buy the non-marked version. A link or dropdown menu in the swipe menu is less intrusive, but it's still right there for Mangadex to point to and say "Hey, we're making an effort to get people to buy the official release".
* To be clear, I'm suggestion a small portion of one of the upper corners, not a huge blinking chunk of screenspace that makes the manga unreadable.
