link "last update" in follows/hold to the selected language :planned:

I would request the "last update" in the follows/manga/hold to be linked to the user selected language(s).
reason: at the moment last update shows all updates which is a little bit a hassle if you have lots of titles in your hold list and you want to see there is an update in your selected language.
Example: you see a new entry in the "last update", after checking this entry you have the frustrating situation that the update is not in your preferred language, in some cases you can't even see the update because you language-set is set to limited.
To link date and language could prevent unnecessary hopping to the titles.
