Oh, I think I get it, shark girl is winning at the game, while MC didn't even have a slightest chance in the first place, ironic
But its kinda left an unease feeling, like life is still going, there is winner there is loser, joy and sadness, and MC is swepted away by this "flow" while his problem eats away his own soul. This chapter has a sad vibe.
