Or just simply not have L genetics. EZ. Jerma985 is a good example who literally doesn't look any different than he did since 2015.. or even before that-

More problematic than the 10-year age gap (no problem for me) or having known her since grade school (no real problem because no grooming) is their professional position as superior and subordinate. Even if there is no favoritism it can still impact morale. Someone can either perceive favoritism it they don't get and award or suspect something like this is going on behind closed doors (I felt sorry for poor Akira...):

ohtori saori (zom 100: zombie ni naru made ni shitai 100 no koto) drawn ...

The real question is what kind of skincare routine the guy is doing if he looks exactly the same as he does 10 years ago...
Having great genetics, taking care of what you eat, good sleep and physical activity. Check out Chuando Tan, that man is pushing his 60s and he looks like he's in his late 20s

Wait, sexual harrassment? I'm not fluent in weeb, but what's so harrassing about name-chan?
It doesn't really have to do 'weeb'. It's the same idea of how it would be inappropriate for him/any senior coworkers to call a woman "baby" or "sweetheart". While, yes, it's a nickname/term of endearment since they've known each other for a long time, it's generally not a proper thing to do.
