So was he summoning real random girls and then after a day those girls just fade from existence? Is that how the money worked too? He summoned real money and beer from some where and those thing disappeared from existence for ever after a day causing deflation?

It's more like he was conjuring up new money which didn't exist and buying things with it. The money then disappears after a day, so all the stuff he got was for free and the money he had given to the stores couldn't really be used which could cause issues. So I think the girls were not real girls, but just made up girls with the look and personality he wanted. But since the girl wanted him specifically, the locker summoned him there instead of creating a clone.
