Login issues

I have been completely unable to even attempt logins for several days now. When I tap the "Log In" button nothing occurs, likewise with the "Register" button. I have cleared cache and cookies, rebooted my device, changed password, and using incognito mode has allowed me to sign in as normal as well as using other devices. I have arrived at wits end and do not know where to continue.
