Looking for a manga from a few years back

So this may be a tricky one as I only remember some of the details from one of the chapters I read. I believe the manga had something to do with time manipulation or the male mc having some time manipulation based powers and being able to use them to his benefit. It may have also had some school life/romance elements. In the chapter I read, I remember that a young looking girl was upset (crying?) about something and standing in what looked like a school courtyard with a clocktower. As the girl became increasingly upset, reality began to alter around her with new buildings and objects forming around her that differed in appearance from those that were already there. I also remember that one of the comments on the chapter noted that these new buildings looked like Italian architecture (if this detail helps at all). Sorry for the vagueness, but I'm hoping someone can identify this manga based on these few details.

Afraid it’s not that one. The one I am looking for was more like a Shōnen manga and had a lighter vibe. I remember that the one I’m looking for had a Wikipedia entry, but I can’t seem to find it again.
