Looking for a manga (omegaverse)

I recently read this manga of a beta and alpha where the alpha gave the beta a bite on his neck every time and he was slowly showing signs of becoming an omega. But i forgot the name >x< please help me if anyone knows the manga 🥺🥺🥺

But I don't think the beta was becoming omega or something.
Do you remember any other details? Historical or modern setting? What do the MCs do? Working studying? Any physical or appearance traits etc? Any special events aside from the alphaxbeta pair?

It was a modern setting for sure. The chapter I read ended with the beta meeting an omega who told him he was formerly a beta as well. Idk if I accidentally closed the tab or what but i can’t remember the title at all 😭
