Looking for a manga set in Finland/Lapland (solved)

From what I remember it's a romance of two misfits. A mild-mannered noble of a backwater and a militarily-accomplished woman. I think the covers showed them both as redheads. Aside from romance, other plot points I remember were the noble's struggles to get respect in a village he's in charge of because he's an outsider, poacher-hunting, winter preparations, and one of the noble's assistants being forbidden to court a girl by her insular grandfather.
